Critical Alert: Today is the final chance to enter choices. Candidates who do not freeze their choices will have their last saved options automatically locked. |
- Candidates who have qualified the AP RCET 2026 examination or UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/GATE/SLET qualified candidates who completed certificate verification are eligible.
- Candidates who were not allotted any seat in the Phase 1 round can participate freely in this final phase.
- Candidates allotted a seat in Phase 1 who wish to upgrade their course/university can also exercise fresh web options. (If a new seat is allotted in the final phase, the previous phase seat stands automatically cancelled).
- Candidates who registered earlier and paid the processing fee are not required to pay again for final phase choice filling.

- Integrated Community Certificate (Caste Certificate) & EWS Certificate (if applicable)
- Study / Residence Certificate for past 7 years to establish Local status
- Go to the official counselling portal at rcet.che.ap.gov.in or cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
- Click on the “Web Options – Second & Final Phase” link on the homepage.
- Log in by entering your AP RCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number; verify the OTP to access the web options page.
- Select your preferred universities, departments, and research subjects in order of priority.
- Rearrange your choices as desired and click on the “Save & Freeze” button.
- Take a printout of the saved web options list for future reference before the portal closes tonight.
