- For JRF (Junior Research Fellowship): Maximum Age: 30 Years (as on 01/06/2026). Up to 5 years age relaxation for OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD, Third Gender, and Women candidates.
- For Assistant Professor & Ph.D. Admission: No Upper Age Limit.
- Candidate Must Have Passed / Appeared in Master’s Degree (Post Graduation) or equivalent examination from a UGC-recognized University.
- Minimum 55% Marks (Without rounding off) in Master’s Degree for General / Unreserved / General-EWS candidates.
- Minimum 50% Marks for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / SC / ST / PwD / Third Gender candidates.
- Final year / awaiting result Master’s degree students are provisionally eligible.
