UCEED 2027: Age Limit & Attempt Restrictions

• Open / EWS / OBC-NCL Candidates: Must have been born on or after October 1, 2002.
• SC / ST / PwD Candidates: Born on or after October 1, 1997 (Relaxation of 5 years).
• Number of Attempts : A candidate can attempt UCEED a maximum of two times, and that too in consecutive years.
• UCEED score is valid only for admission to programmes in the academic session 2027-2028.

UCEED 2027 : Educational Qualification Criteria

• Qualifying Examination: Must have passed all subjects in the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent) in 2026, OR be appearing in the qualifying examination in 2027 from any recognized central/state board.
• Streams Eligible for IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad, & IIT Roorkee: Candidates from ALL STREAMS (Science, Commerce, Arts & Humanities) are eligible to apply.
• Stream for IIT Guwahati: Only candidates from the Science Stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) are eligible for B.Des admission at IIT Guwahati.
• Stream for IIITDM Jabalpur: Students from Science (with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or other streams are admitted as per institute-specific seat allocation rules.
• All candidates must read the official notification of eligibility details before applying.

UCEED 2027: Examination Pattern & Structure

• Evaluation Note: Part-B paper will be evaluated only for candidates who achieve the minimum qualifying marks in Part-A. Both parts are mandatory.

How To Fill UCEED 2027 Online Application Form

1. First of all, visit the official admission website uceed.iitb.ac.in or click on the link given below in the Important Link Section.
2. Click on the “Registration Portal” link on the homepage.
3. Register by providing a valid Email ID, Mobile Number, and basic personal profile details to receive your login credentials.
4. Log in and fill in detailed personal information, permanent address, and Class 12th qualifying academic credentials.
5. Select 3 preferred examination cities in order of preference.
6. Upload clear scanned copies of your passport-size photo, signature, Class 12th marksheet/certificate (or certificate from the school principal for appearing students), and category/PwD certificates if applicable.
7. Review all filled information carefully on the preview screen.
8. Pay the requisite application registration fee through online payment gateway (UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card).
9. Submit the form and take a printout of the final UCEED 2027 Registration Form for future admission verification.
