• Language Medium : The examination question paper is conducted strictly in English medium.
- Printed Admit Card : Carry a clear, laser printout of the AIIMS INI CET Admit Card downloaded from the portal. Ensure the barcode, candidate photograph, signature, IP address, and date/time of download are legible.
- Original Photo Identity Proof : Carry any one original and valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Driving License). Soft copies on mobile phones or photocopies will not be accepted.
- Recent Passport Photo : Bring two recent color passport-size photographs identical to the one uploaded during online registration.
- Reporting Time Compliance : Candidates must report to the examination center strictly by 07:00 AM for biometric registration and security frisking. Center gates close at 08:30 AM sharp; no entry will be permitted thereafter.
- Prohibited Items : Mobile phones, electronic watches, calculators, bags, wallets, study notes, and jewelry or metallic accessories are strictly banned inside the examination hall.

- Click on the “Academic Courses” tab on the homepage.
- Select “INI-CET(MD/MS/M.Ch(6yrs)/DM(6yrs))” under the Postgraduate Courses section.
- Click on the “Registration / Login” link to access the applicant portal (PAAR system).
- Enter your Registration ID, Exam Unique Code (EUC), and Password along with the Captcha code.
- Click on the “Login” button.
- On the candidate dashboard, click on “Download Admit Card”.
- Verify all details including candidate name, roll number, test centre venue, reporting time, and shift details.
- Download and print 2 color copies of the admit card for entry at the examination centre.
