NEET UG Round 2 Final Allotment: Important Rules for Candidates
- For Newly Allotted Candidates: Candidates allotted a seat for the first time in Round 2 must physically report to the designated medical/dental college and complete the admission formalities within the stipulated timeframe.
- For Upgraded Candidates: Candidates whose seats have been upgraded from Round 1 must obtain a Relieving Letter / Online Clearance from their Round 1 college and report to the newly allotted college with all original certificates.
- Exit with Forfeiture: If a candidate is allotted a seat in Round 2 and chooses not to join, they can exit with forfeiture of their refundable security deposit.
- Subsequent Rounds Eligibility: Candidates who join and retain their Round 2 allotted seat will have the option to express willingness for Round 3 (Mop-Up) upgradation, as per MCC counselling rules.

- MCC Round 2 Final Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
- NTA NEET UG 2026 Admit Card and Official Scorecard / Rank Letter
- Class 10th (Matric) Marksheet and Passing Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)
- Class 12th (Senior Secondary) Marksheet and Passing Certificate
- Eight (8) Passport-size colour photographs (Same as in NEET UG Application)
- Valid Government Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving License)
- Category / Caste Certificate (SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, PwD) in prescribed Central format (if applicable)
- Relieving Letter from previously allotted institute (for Upgraded Candidates only)
How To Check NEET UG Round 2 Final Result & Download Allotment Letter
- First of all, visit the official website mcc.nic.in or click on the link given below in the Important Link Section.
- Click on the “UG Medical Counselling” tab on the homepage.
- Under the Current Events section, click on “Final Result Round 2 UG 2026”.
- Open the Final Result PDF and search for your NEET Roll Number or All India Rank (AIR) using Ctrl + F to check your allotted institute and quota.
- Go back to Candidate Activity and click on “Provisional Allotment Letter Round 2”.
- Enter your NEET Roll Number, Password, and Security PIN to log in.
- Download and print multiple copies of your Round 2 Seat Allotment Letter for document verification and college reporting.
