Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2026 : Eligibility & Nativity Criteria
- Qualifying Examination: Candidates must have qualified NEET PG 2026 with minimum qualifying cut-off percentile (50th percentile for General/EWS, 45th percentile for General-PwD, and 40th percentile for SC/ST/SEBC).
- Academic Degree: Must possess an MBBS degree recognized by NMC / State Medical Council from any recognized medical college.
- Compulsory Internship : Must have completed the 12-month compulsory rotatory residential internship (CRRI) on or before 30 September 2026.
- Medical Council Registration : Candidates must possess permanent or provisional registration with the Travancore-Cochin Medical Council (TCMC) / Kerala State Medical Council.
- Nativity Classification :
- Keralite : Candidate of Kerala origin eligible for State Quota seats and communal reservations.
- Non-Keralite Category I (NK-I): Non-Kerala origin candidates who completed MBBS in Kerala (eligible for State Quota seats, but no communal reservation).
- Non-Keralite Category II (NK-II): All-India candidates eligible strictly for Management / Open Quota seats in Private Self-Financing Medical Colleges.

Kerala PG Medical 2026 : Mandatory Bond Service & Seat Resignation Penalty
- Mandatory Senior Residency Bond: Candidates admitted to Government Medical Colleges must execute a bond on Rs. 200/- stamp paper to serve the Government of Kerala as a Senior Resident / Medical Officer for a compulsory period of 1 Year immediately after completing the post-graduate course.
- Liquidated Damages (Seat Resignation Penalty): If any candidate abandons or resigns from the PG seat after the final allotment round/cut-off date, a heavy penalty of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rs. 50 Lakhs) as liquidated damages plus the stipend drawn will be levied.
- Dowry Prohibition Undertaking : All admitted students are required to submit the mandatory Dowry Prohibition Undertaking (Annexure XX) as prescribed by Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS).

- First of all, visit the official website cee.kerala.gov.in or Click on the link given below in the Important Link Section.
- Click on the “PG Medical 2026 – Online Application” portal link.
- Register by providing your NEET PG Roll Number, Application Number, and Date of Birth to generate an Application Number and Password.
- Fill in detailed personal, nativity, academic, and reservation credentials.
- Pay the requisite non-refundable application fee online.
- Upload scanned copies of required certificates, including photograph, signature, MBBS certificate, nativity proof, and category certificates.
- Submit the online application and download the generated Confirmation Page and CEE Data Sheet.
- When option registration opens, submit preferred colleges and specialties (MD/MS) in order of priority and lock choices before the deadline.
