CBSE Board Exams 2027: Minimum Passing Criteria
- Class 10th Passing Rule: Students must score a minimum of 33% marks aggregate in each subject (combining marks scored in Theory examination and Internal Assessment / Practical work).
- Class 12th Passing Rule: Students must score at least 33% marks separately in Theory as well as 33% marks separately in Practical / Project / Internal Assessment, along with 33% overall aggregate.
- Grace & Compartment: Candidates who fail in up to two subjects in Class 10 or one subject in Class 12 get a chance to appear in the Compartment / Supplementary exams in July.
